Klages,<br /><br />While there is a certain logic to putting the DS first, the logistics of the use of missals indicate that the DS should be in the middle. That is, the middle opens most easily and so should be the part that is used most often. All of the missals that I looked at in preparation for this volume likewise had the ordinary in the center and it seemed to work well for me in practice. <br /><br />+HRCPr. H.
